Key responsibilities: <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Be the main point of contact, handle queries, and provide timely updates.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Manage the incorporation and setup of offshore companies (BVI, Cayman, Seychelles, Samoa).</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Ensure client information is accurate and complies with regulatory standards.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Assist clients with annual filings and other administrative tasks.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Conduct cold calls and upsell additional services to clients as appropriate.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Direct clients to the right team or department based on their needs.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Work with the compliance team to review client documents and ensure compliance with regulations.</li> </ul> Key requirements: <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Minimum 4-6 years of experience in the Corporate Secretarial field.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Experience in corporate services and knowledge of offshore jurisdictions is preferred.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Ability to perform basic cold calling and upselling.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements.</li> </ul> Company Benefits: At our Singapore office, we believe in putting our employees’ well-being first!
