<p>AVL Research & Engineering offers a job in Türkiye (TR) as</p> <h1 style="color:#092332;font-size:30.0pt;line-height:35.0pt"><strong>Power Electronics Hardware Design Engineer</strong></h1> <h2 style="color:#092332;font-size:18.0pt;line-height:26.0pt"></h2> <p> </p><div><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><strong>YOUR PROFILE:</strong></span></div> <div> </div> <div><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Minimum Bachelors degree in Electrical/Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering.</span></div> <div><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Minimum 2 years of experience in related area.</span></div> <div><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Experience in Power Electronics Hardware Design.</span></div> <div><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Experience with Altium Designer or similar PCB design software.</span></div> <div><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Experience with digital and analog circuits.</span></div> <div><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Fluent speaking and excellent writing skills in English.</span></div> <div> </div> <div><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><strong>YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES;</strong></span></div> <div> </div> <div> <div><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Design next generation automotive Inverters and DC-DC converters including schematic, simulation, thermal analysis, PCB layout, circuit tolerance and worst-case analysis.</span></div> <div><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Design gate drivers for SiC/Si MOSFETs and IGBTs.</span></div> <div><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Design switch mode power supplies (Flyback, Buck, Boost, SEPIC).</span></div> <div><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Prepare and review design documentation for product release including specifications, schematics and bill of materials.</span></div> <div><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Define hardware-software and communication interfaces (CAN, LIN etc.), specifying and performing circuit design validation tests and component sourcing activities.</span></div> <div><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Support project and quality management activities.</span></div> <div><span style="font-size:12.0pt">• Validation of electronic components.</span></div> </div><p> </p> <p><strong>Interested?</strong><br>If so, please use our online application tool to send your application to AVL!</p>
