<p>Are you ready to make a real impact where it counts? We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our manufacturing plant in Cartersville, GA. In this highly visible role, you’ll be a trusted advisor to plant leadership and a key driver of employee relations, engagement, retention, performance management, and ensuring effective support and alignment with organizational goals.</p> <p> </p> <p>Our HRBP is a critical hands-on role that partners closely with plant leadership and employes to drive HR initiatives, support business objectives, and foster a positive, productive workplace culture.
