The role acts as a key liaison between customers, Account Managers, and internal departments, ensuring efficient coordination throughout the full sales cycle from lead generation through to cash collection.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Key Responsibilities:</span></strong></p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Customer &amp; Sales Support</span></strong><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, delivering a professional and responsive customer experience.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Support Account Managers throughout the sales process, helping to achieve sales and profitability targets.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and timely follow-up.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Prepare and manage quotations, pricing agreements, and contracts in collaboration with Account Managers and Pricing teams.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Process and coordinate customer sample requests within agreed timelines, providing delivery updates and gathering customer feedback.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Organise and support internal and external customer meetings where required.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Provide customers with relevant product documentation, specifications, MSDS, and related technical information.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><strong>Account &amp; Order Management</strong><br>Set up and maintain accurate customer master data within SAP R3 and other business systems.<br>Monitor and update customer records, pricing structures, contracts, pipelines, delivery conditions, and payment terms.<br>Ensure all sales and customer information is accurate, up to date, and maintained in line with company procedures.<br>Process invoices, credit notes, debit notes, returns, and other sales administration documentation accurately and efficiently.<br>Support the management of overdue accounts and resolve payment-related queries in collaboration with Finance and Sales teams.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><strong>Customer Issue Resolution</strong><br>Manage customer complaints and queries professionally and efficiently in collaboration with Quality, Sales, and Notification Management teams.<br>Coordinate appropriate corrective actions, including credit notes or service resolutions where required.<br>Ensure customers are kept informed throughout the resolution process to maintain strong customer relationships.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><strong><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Reporting &amp; Business Support</span></strong><br>Prepare customer-specific reports, sales information, and business data to support commercial decision-making.<br>Monitor customer activity, contracts, opportunities, and account performance metrics.<br>Support forecasting and reporting activities by maintaining accurate commercial and operational data.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><strong>Collaboration &amp; Continuous Improvement</strong><br>Work closely with Sales, Pricing, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless customer support.<br>Share information and best practices to support effective team performance and continuous improvement.<br>Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve processes, efficiency, and customer experience.<br>Participate in relevant training and development activities to maintain and enhance role-related knowledge and skills.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><strong>Knowledge, Skills &amp;
