This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping and delivering new investment solutions, working at the heart of product innovation within a leading UK asset manager.</p> <p>You’ll be responsible for managing the delivery of new fund launches end-to-end, ensuring they meet client needs and align with RLAM’s long-term goals. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you’ll help bring client-focused investment solutions to the market.</p> <p>This role offers the chance for those with experience in launching a variety of funds and structures to the market to join RLAM ambitious growth agenda.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <h1>About the role</h1> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Lead the delivery of new fund launches, including both UK and Irish/ EU domiciled UCITS and AIF structures</li> <li>Manage significant product changes including fund mergers, closures and regulatory-driven updates</li> <li>Oversee end-to-end product development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and in line with RLAM policies</li> <li>Coordinate internal and external approvals, working with key stakeholders across the business</li> <li>Interpret and advise the business on appropriate fund structures and features</li> <li>Apply market, regulatory and product knowledge to support the design of client-centric investment solutions, including the application of consumer duty</li> <li>Consider ESG and sustainability factors within product design and development.</li> <li>Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders to support successful project delivery</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h1>About you</h1> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Proven experience in product development within asset management</li> <li>Strong understanding of fund structures, particularly IUK and Irish domiciled UCITS and AIFs</li> <li>Broad knowledge of investment products across multiple asset classes: equity, fixed income, property, cash, multi-asset, private assets</li> <li>Up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements including UCITS, AIFMD, COBS and COLL</li> <li>Experience managing complex projects and delivering solutions to market</li> <li>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills</li> <li>Investment qualifications (e.g. IMC/IAQ) preferred.</li> </ul> <p> </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>ㅤ</b></H2> </div><div><h1>About Royal London Asset Management</h1> <p> </p> <p>Royal London Asset Management (RLAM), part of the Royal London Group, is one of the UK’s leading fund management companies, supporting a wide range of clients globally to achieve their investment goals.
