Lead Benefits & Value Realisation - Define and implement benefits frameworks, KPIs and success measures to track value delivery across digital initiatives, ensuring clear linkage between investment and outcomes. Insight-Driven Performance - Use data and operational insight to measure performance, identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement and optimisation. Collaborative Delivery - Work closely with engineering, architecture, data and business stakeholders to ensure solutions are technically robust, secure and aligned to strategic objectives. Governance & Strategic Alignment - Ensure all delivery aligns with governance, risk, data protection and security standards, while providing high-quality artefacts to support investment and governance forums.
