Project Management & Execution<br>Plan, execute, and monitor technology transfer projects including New Product Launch (NPL), Site Transfers, API & Excipients AVD<br>Cost / Formulation improvement projects <br>Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones aligned with business priorities.<br>Track progress through defined governance (stage-gate / milestone reviews) and ensure adherence to timelines and scope</p> <p>2. Cross-Functional Coordination</p> <p>Act as the point of coordination across CFT (R&D, PDL, Production, QA, QC, RA, Supply Chain, Procurement).<br>Drive alignment between sending and receiving sites for seamless transfer execution. <br>Ensure effective communication, issue resolution, and stakeholder engagement.</p> <p>3. Risk Management & Problem Solving</p> <p>Identify technical, operational, and regulatory risks early and implement mitigation plans.<br>Lead escalation management and ensure timely resolution of project bottlenecks.<br>Support troubleshooting during scale-up, exhibit, and validation batches.</p> <p>4.
