This role focuses on improving supply chain performance by leading projects, driving Operational Excellence, and ensuring consistent, efficient ways of working across factories. Follow Up and Drive Performance in Supply Chain</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Monitor and analyze supply chain performance across factories, using data insights to support decision-making and strategic prioritization</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Identify and drive improvement initiatives to enhance KPI delivery and close performance gaps</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Coordinate and follow up performance improvement plans to secure timely execution</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership to ensure clear performance visibility</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Support strategic Supply Chain initiatives and contribute to overall performance improvement</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Contribute to capacity planning, flexibility improvements, and operational assessments</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Promote a fact-based, continuous improvement culture across the organization</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><strong>2.
