About the Role This role leads the end‑to‑end Quality & Food Safety agenda across operations and the wider supply chain, ensuring that all products, processes, and partners meet the highest standards. You will oversee material suppliers, co‑manufacturers, and co‑packers, acting as the key operational guardian of food safety, compliance, and continuous improvement. You will manage and develop a small team of Quality Specialists, driving performance through clear KPIs, coaching, and project‑based initiatives.
