<div id="companyDescriptionFuchs"></div> <div id="keywordsJobDescriptionFuchs"></div> <h2>Your responsibilities:</h2> <ul> <li>Responsible for projects and support for SAP Plant Maintenance.</li> <li>Configure and optimize SAP PM to support preventive, corrective, and (optionally) predictive maintenance processes. </li> <li>Develop concepts for standardized maintenance processes (notifications, orders, planning, confirmations, maintenance plans/task lists). </li> <li>Translate business requirements into system designs and functional specifications; act as contact person for key users in maintenance/engineering. </li> <li>Roll-out global template solutions to other subsidiaries and support adoption. </li> <li>Support new process designs within the S/4HANA (T2G) program, including Fiori apps and relevant simplification items. </li> <li>Perform/support customizing, testing, training and go-live support; define and coordinate test data and user acceptance. </li> <li>Support data migration for PM master data and transactional records. </li> <li>Create and maintain process & configuration documentation and training materials. </li> <li>Work with external consultants/developers/AMS partners and drive continuous improvement and system optimization. </li> <li>Ensure integration with adjacent SAP modules (e.g., MM, PP, FI/CO, QM) and external systems where applicable.</li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications we are looking for:</h2> <ul> <li>Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent</li> <li>Deep expertise in SAP PM including preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance processes.</li> <li>Experience with S/4HANA PM processes, Fiori apps, and simplification items.</li> <li>Ability to translate business requirements into system designs and functional specifications.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with customizing, testing, training, and go-live support.</li> <li>Experience creating documentation: process flows, configuration docs, training materials.</li> <li>Knowledge of data migration for PM master data and transactional records.</li> <li>Ability to analyze existing maintenance processes and recommend optimization/improvements.</li> <li>If possible, understanding of integration points with other SAP modules like MM, PP, FI/CO, QM, EAM and Asset Accounting</li> <li>Experience in global template rollouts and multi-country implementations is a plus.</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.</li> <li>Business fluent in English and German as well as a certain willingness to travel internationally</li> </ul> <h2>These are your benefits:</h2> <ul> <li>FUCHS is a growth-oriented global MDAX Group with the financial strength and long-term orientation of a family business</li> <li>Tasks with great responsibility, offering exciting challenges and the chance to advance ideas on a global scale</li> <li>Permanent employment contract with an attractive salary package and company profit-sharing scheme</li> <li>Flexible working hours, 30 days' holiday per year and the option to work from home two days a week</li> <li>FUCHS LearningHub with online learning programs and individual development opportunities</li> <li>Modern working environment and numerous company car parks including e-charging stations</li> <li>Excellent company canteen with breakfast and lunch options as well as free coffee, tea and water</li> </ul><p>Sie haben Fragen?
