<div id="companyDescriptionFuchs"></div> <div id="keywordsJobDescriptionFuchs"></div> <h2><strong>Your responsibilities:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Set up and further develop the commercial strategy for the Global Business Segment Railway</li> <li>Coordinate and support a global matrix team of Business Development Managers across FUCHS subsidiaries worldwide</li> <li>Define segment-specific value propositions for passenger, cargo and infrastructure applications</li> <li>Plan and prioritize product and service roadmaps together with Product Management, based on customer and market input</li> <li>Gather market intelligence and propose global price positioning based on market knowledge and pricing insights</li> <li>Develop and take responsibility for (global) key account customers</li> <li>Conduct on-site customers visits together with local sales engineers and provide technical and commercial support</li> <li>Strengthen collaboration with local affiliates and proactively drive information exchange while fostering cross-functional communication</li> <li>Plan and initiate marketing activities together with Marketing and represent FUCHS at trade fairs and within associations</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Qualifications we are looking for:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or similar</li> <li>Strong commercial mindset with proven experience in sales or business development, experience in rail/transportation industry or related sectors (automotive, aerospace, mechanical engineering, or supplier industry)</li> <li>Knowledge of tribology & lubricants is an advantage</li> <li>Experience working with OEMs is beneficial</li> <li>Solid technical understanding, ideally gained in complex, application-driven environments</li> <li>Ability to bridge detailed technical expertise with high-level strategic thinking</li> <li>Entrepreneurial mindset combined with hands-on mentality</li> <li>Experience in (in)direct leadership and working in international matrix organizations is desirable</li> <li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across functions, cultures, and hierarchical levels</li> <li>Passion for shaping and developing business environments and driving change</li> <li>Fluent in English (business level) and willingness to travel internationally (approx. 30%)</li> </ul> <h2><strong>These are your benefits:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>FUCHS is a growth-oriented global MDAX Group with the financial strength and long-term orientation of a family business</li> <li>Tasks with great responsibility, offering exciting challenges and the chance to advance ideas on a global scale</li> <li>Permanent employment contract with an attractive salary package and company profit-sharing scheme</li> <li>Flexible working hours, 30 days' holiday per year and the option to work from home two days a week</li> <li>FUCHS LearningHub with online learning programs and individual development opportunities</li> <li>Modern working environment and numerous company car parks including e-charging stations</li> <li>Excellent company canteen with breakfast and lunch options as well as free coffee, tea and water</li> </ul><p>Do you have any questions?
