About Health New Markets One of Discovery Health’s key strategic objectives is to diversify the business and its earnings by growing non-medical scheme business with a newly established Health New Markets business unit. Key Purpose The Discovery Gap Cover business is looking to recruit an exceptional individual to play a central role in shaping, driving and executing the growth strategy of the Discovery Gap Cover business. This role is responsible for translating strategic priorities into measurable commercial outcomes across product innovation, distribution, customer experience, retention and operational execution. The successful candidate will work closely with the Gap Cover Managing Executive and senior stakeholders across the business to identify growth opportunities, influence strategic direction, and lead the implementation of high-impact initiatives.
