That's the only way to give ideas the power that allows them to become true innovations.</p><p>As our integrated member of our Hungarian marketing team you will plan and execute CRM strategy throughout the whole customer journey - end-to-end through our diverse portfolio - ensuring seamless and premium customer experience. You will support loyalization, conquest activities and support the realization of joint activities with a special focus on on-site lead generation. We are looking for a visionary on hand personality to bridge the gap between data driven insights and emotional brand loyalty.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>WHAT AWAITS YOU?</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Developing and implementing CRM and customer experience strategies: together with leadership, regional and relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.</li> <li>Supporting the cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, IT, and Customer Service, in order to seamless execute CRM campaigns and customer experience initiatives.</li> <li>Steering of the HU Customer Interaction Center and Business Development Center.</li> <li>Lead continuous improvement initiatives by identifying innovative approaches and implementing best practices in CRM and customer experience.</li> <li>Securing and evaluating customer feedback from the customer survey and implementing centrally developed requirements.</li> <li>Setting up and steering CRM/digital system/lead management topics in the TNR – the new direct sales system- environment in collaboration with local and regional counterparts.</li> <li>Linking / steering central and dealer activities in the most effective and sale-oriented manner.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING ALONG?</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, CRM/ Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.</li> <li>Experience in Customer Experience Management, Digital Marketing, or Data Analytics are highly desirable.</li> <li>A minimum of 3-4 years of experience managing CRM and customer experience functions, preferably within multinational or regional organizations.</li> <li>Proven project management skills experience with the ability to manage multiple tasks, influencing cross-functional stakeholders, and drive complex projects.</li> <li>Advanced skills in data analysis, customer segmentation, and reporting using tools like Excel, SQL or Power BI.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills in both Hungarian and English with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.</li> <li>Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with team spirit.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What we offer?</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Good team spirit.</li> <li>Hands-on approach.</li> <li>Company car.</li> <li>Getting to know to the operation of an international automotive company.</li> <li>Participation in events.</li> <li>Cafeteria system.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Start date:</strong> 2026.06.16.</p> <p><strong>Type of employment:</strong> unlimited<br><strong>Working hours:</strong> 40</p> <p><strong>Location:</strong> BMW Group Hungary's office (2220 Vecsés, Lőrinci út 59.)</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>At the BMW Group, we place great importance on equal treatment and equal opportunities.
