Them come join us and measure the impact of your talent and energy in realizing an ambitious and sustainable company project!</p> <p style="text-align:center"><b>#IWorkForAllForGood</b></p> <p style="text-align:justify"> </p> <p style="text-align:center"><strong>Engineering Project Manager </strong></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="color:olivedrab"><strong>MAIN MISSIONS</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <p>In line with the industrial policy determined by the Group, the Engineering Project Manager will lead all engineering projects within their activity scope while respecting the Cost / Quality / Time / Safety / Environment standards.</p> <p>You will be attached to the Corporate Engineering teams.</p> <p>Your primary missions will include:</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Studies / Designs / Implementation</strong></p> <p>Challenge the client’s needs:</p> <ul> <li>Conduct or commission design studies to propose costed solutions for carrying out engineering projects.</li> <li>Prepare technical documentation and draft functional specifications.</li> <li>Receive and analyze bids.</li> <li>Coordinate execution.</li> <li>Anticipate risks that may arise during all project phases.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with process standards.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Organization / Planning</strong></p> <ul> <li>Structure projects (methods, management tools…) and define rules of operation to execute work under optimal safety, quality, and cost conditions.</li> <li>Ensure coordination between the stakeholders involved (suppliers, clients…).</li> <li>Organize and lead meetings with project stakeholders according to project phases to make decisions and allocate resources.</li> <li>Define objectives and deadlines for task completion.</li> <li>Ensure the technical solution, budget, and project deadlines are met.</li> <li>Coordinate the execution of work by all contractors with the support of site technical teams (internal or external).</li> <li>Ensure the transfer of equipment ownership to the production & maintenance service.</li> <li>Provide technical expertise and support to factories.</li> <li>Participate in progress plans/design reviews with suppliers and factories (continuous improvement).</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="color:olivedrab"><strong>PROFILE</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <p>With an engineering background, you have at least 5 years of professional experience in process engineering within an operational plant, an engineering company, or a design office.</p> <p>Proficiency in French and English is mandatory.</p> <p>Knowledge of the rules and quality standards of an agri-food environment would be an advantage.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Professional Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Mechanics, hydraulics, automation, electrical, fluids, and food design</li> <li>Leadership, strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and persuasiveness</li> <li>Pack Office and MS Project</li> <li>AutoCAD</li> <li>Reading P&IDs</li> </ul><p> </p> <p>If you think that this job is for you, please click now on the button "Apply".
