MISSIONS Project Management (70%) <ul type="disc"> <li>Leading the execution quality process and coordination of the commercialization of product or packaging change projects on the BU</li> <li>Coordination with operational teams (Demand Planning, CS, logistics) and business teams (Sales, Mkt, S&OP Mgr, Catman) to ensure timely, cost effective and high-quality launches</li> <li>Close collaboration with Global AM (highly complex projects, projects highly strategic for the group, multicountries projects)</li> <li>Supervising deliverables, timelines and proposing risk mitigation plans</li> <li>Ensuring the quality of the demand transmitted by the project team to the planning teams</li> <li>Guaranteeing the creation of codes and maintaining the quality of basic data</li> <li>Leading local PAM process</li> <li>Taking responsibility for Supply Chain work packages in the project development phase</li> <li>Lead portfolio Mgt process & coordinate this process with Head of Catman & Mkt</li> <li>Establish business priority SKU list</li> <li>Manage project portfolio</li> </ul> Continuous improvement: (10%) <ul type="disc"> <li>Be proactive and propose improvements of actual Activity Management process</li> <li>Develop tools & reports, and support both local & global team in optimizing launches performace for the BU</li> <li>Engage internal & external stakeholders on continuous improvement project</li> </ul> Demand Planning: (20%) <ul type="disc"> <li>Develop and maintain demand forecasts at the product/customer level</li> <li>Utilize software tools to analyze historical sales data, market trends, and other relevant information</li> <li>Adjust forecasts based on input from sales, marketing, and other stakeholders</li> </ul> PROFILE <ul type="disc"> <li>Master’s degree in Supply Chain management, Food industry, Innovation or Business school or equivalent by experience</li> <li>Minimum 3 years experience in a supply chain or project management role</li> <li>Knowledge of Demand Planning is a plus</li> <li>Knowledge of Master data and experience is a big plus</li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li>Fluent in English & French (mandatory), Dutch is a big plus</li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li>Willingness to develop supply chain project management expertise</li> <li>Strong competence in project management, organization, process orientation and respect for timelines</li> <li>Willingness and capability to instill discipline to deliver projects on time</li> <li>Proactive in identifying risks and offering alternative solutions</li> <li>Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team</li> <li>Leadership with the ability to manage and influence decision making</li> <li>Ability to comprehend and articulate tasks effectively</li> </ul>If you think that this job is for you, please click now on the button "Apply".
