This role is responsible for driving in‑store execution, managing item‑level and programmatic initiatives, supporting line reviews and promotions, and partnering cross‑functionally to ensure operational excellence across the account. The ANAM plays a critical role in translating account strategy into execution by supporting forecasting, analyzing reporting, coordinating resets and projects, and maintaining strong working relationships with THD merchants, field teams, and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytically minded, and experienced working with THD systems, processes, and retail environment.
