This position is responsible for managing all returned door hardware products and components while performing routine shop floor inspections to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards. This role reports directly to the Quality Manager and supports manufacturing and distribution of door hardware products by ensuring accurate disposition of returns and consistent shop floor controls. Key Responsibilities Return Goods & RMA Management <ul style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in" type="disc"> <li subassemblies (RMAs, warranty returns, nonconforming material, and supplier returns).</li> <li ERP/inventory system, ensuring accuracy of part numbers, finishes, handing, sizes, and configurations.</li> <li Engineering, and Operations to determine disposition: restock, rework, refurbish, scrap, quarantine, or return to supplier.</li> <li
