The role encompasses managing day-to-day SAP BASIS operations, including system upgrades, configuration, monitoring, performance optimization, and troubleshooting, while ensuring compliance with organizational standards, governance, and SAP best practices.</h2> <h2>KEY POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES</h2> <ul> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Perform all activities related to technical maintenance and administration of SAP S/4 HANA and related environments.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Proactively monitor the SAP landscape, report system metrics, and perform performance tuning when required.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Execute installations, upgrades, support pack implementations, kernel upgrades, security patching, and add-on installations.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Manage Change Management processes including Transport Management System (TMS) administration.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Perform background job scheduling, monitoring, troubleshooting, and alerting-related activities.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Configure and manage SSO for SAP GUI and Fiori (SAML/Kerberos).</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Administer SAP Fiori & Gateway services, including troubleshooting.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Manage SAP spool and print administration across global systems.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Support system interfaces (IDoc/RFC/API integrations) and connectivity with external systems.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Troubleshoot issues and implement SAP Notes, patches, and kernel fixes.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Perform client administration, system refresh, homogeneous/heterogeneous system copies.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Review and act on SAP EarlyWatch Alerts and system health reports.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Collaborate with infrastructure, DB (HANA), OS, and security teams to ensure high availability.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Generate performance, utilization, and capacity planning reports.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Provide L2/L3 support for incidents, problem management, and change requests.</li> </ul> SELECTION CRITERIA Essential: <ul> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, IT, or related discipline with minimum 7 years of SAP Basis experience including exposure to RISE / HEC / Cloud environments</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Minimum 2 full lifecycle implementations / rollouts and support experience in SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC environments.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Extensive hands-on experience in SAP Basis administration, Cloud ALM & BTP</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Experience with system monitoring tools like Cloud ALM and third-party monitoring tools.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Experience with SAP Fiori administration, Gateway setup, and troubleshooting.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within constrained timelines.</li> </ul> Desirable: <ul> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">SAP Certification in SAP Basis / SAP S/4HANA System Administration.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Exposure to SAP Cloud technologies (SAP BTP, RISE with SAP, Azure/AWS hosting).</li> </ul> WORK ENVIRONMENT FACTORS <ul> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Office based/Remote with occasional international travel.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Health and Safety accountability statements.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Working times are European time zone, however open to be available in APAC/US time zone as well for the need basis.</li> </ul> We are the ASSA ABLOY Group Our people have made us the global leader in access solutions.
