Whether it's chasing gold in remote locations, detecting on local beaches, testing the latest technology in the field, organising an event, or engaging with the detecting community, this role puts you at the centre of the hobby and the industry. As the Technical Dealer and Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for bringing our products to life through dealer engagement, customer demonstrations, events, training programs, and real-world experiences. Acting as a key connection between customers, dealers, and the business, you will help build strong relationships within the prospecting and metal detecting community while supporting commercial growth across the ANZEA and APAC regions. Working closely with Dealers, Global Marketing, Engineering, and the ANZEA & APAC Sales teams, you will represent the brand in the field, gather valuable customer insights, support new product launches, and help customers get the most from their equipment. The ideal candidate may come from a background in gold prospecting, metal detecting, outdoor recreation, adventure tourism, retail, sales, training, customer engagement, or marketing. What matters most is a genuine enthusiasm for the hobby, a strong understanding of the customer, and the ability to build authentic relationships within the detecting community. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, along with the confidence to engage with customers, deliver demonstrations, conduct training, and represent the brand at events. Technical aptitude, together with the ability to quickly learn and clearly explain product features and benefits, will be highly regarded. Experience in marketing, events, dealer support, training, or customer engagement is advantageous, but secondary to a genuine passion for the products, customers, and lifestyle associated with prospecting and metal detecting.
