No <h2>Position Summary</h2> ASSA ABLOY is looking for Sales Officer - Vapi; to grow the distribution led retail business in Vapi and nearby cities with help of channel partners. The incumbent will be responsible to take care of all retail sales operations in the assigned territory such as driving revenue growth, payment collection from channel partners, manage key accounts. <ul> <li>Deliver the Revenue objectives for ENOX Retail business as per plan; in the assigned territory </li> <li>Review performance of existing distribution channel and proactively highlight gaps to the manager </li> <li>Ensure identification of new channel partners as per company criteria to expand reach and counter presence</li> <li>Build and manage the demand generation for all product categories through planned activations in the retail market </li> <li>Identify key influences like carpenters and local contractors/ architects/ builders and ensure regular & structured engagement like product trainings, meets etc</li> <li>Support in working capital management by ensuring timely collection of outstanding.</li> <li>Formulating promotional activities as a part of brand building</li> <li>Organize structured sessions to ensure product knowledge to all stakeholders of channel partners</li> <li>Increase secondary sales by ensuring counter presence, territory reach, and visibility of our products where end customers visit frequently. </li> <li>Conduct continuous market analysis and support the manager for forecasts and budgeting</li> </ul> Skills and Knowledge: <ul> <li>Have functional knowledge of retail business preferably in building material industry </li> <li>Must have knowledge of Architect & contractor base in Cochin</li> <li>Should maintain time discipline and strong work ethic</li> <li>Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills</li> <li>Should be responsive, organized and energetic </li> <li>Possesses a high level of integrity and ownership of responsibilities</li> <li>Shows high drive for results and execution excellence. Follows up with stakeholders till the result is achieved </li> <li>Develops partnerships, keeps stakeholders updated on progress of projects and activities on time</li> <li>Proficiency in MS excel and power point </li> </ul> Qualification Criteria: <ul> <li>Graduate degree preferably in technical stream/ engineering , Post graduate in management will be an added advantage</li> <li>3-4 years previous total experience, with preferable exposure of Building Material Industry. </li> </ul> Additional Information: <ul> <li>Should be willing to travel extensively in the assigned territory to generate business.</li> </ul> Note: This job description is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of duties and responsibilities.
