The AEM Core Technical Lead is responsible for designing and delivering AEM and related integration‑platform solutions throughout the full project lifecycle, working in close collaboration with partner teams. This role provides hands‑on technical leadership, guiding development teams to successfully deliver business and technical requirements. The AEM Core Technical Lead also supports existing AEM implementations by driving enhancements, resolving defects, and ensuring the platform remains scalable, performant, and aligned with best practices. In addition to deep technical expertise in AEM and integrated platforms, this role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain trusted relationships with business stakeholders and implementation partners.
