<p><img src="https://dmscdn.successfactors.com/27c0a91770d9ecac9ed08a9f63f401a6121aa728d77960676d754d492bcae147/static_content/8761288a654040abb2af/jobad1.png" alt="" width="748" height="128"> </p> <p> </p><p style="margin:0.0in"><span style="font-weight:bold;background-color:white">Maintenance Technician </span><span style="background-color:white">with previous manufacturing experience needed on-site in Kenosha, WI. </span></p> <p style="margin:0.0in"> </p> <p style="margin:0.0in"> </p> <p style="margin:0.0in"><span style="text-decoration:underline;background-color:white">What you would be doing:</span></p> <ul style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in" type="disc"> <li style="margin-top:0.0;margin-bottom:0.0;vertical-align:middle"><span style="">Repair faulty equipment or dismantle defective machines and equipment and install new or repaired parts.</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0;margin-bottom:0.0;vertical-align:middle"><span style="">Install and repair electrical apparatus, and electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment.</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0;margin-bottom:0.0;vertical-align:middle"><span style="">Set up and operate machine tools such as lathe, grinder, drill, and milling machine. </span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0;margin-bottom:0.0;vertical-align:middle"><span style="">Install, program, or repair automated machinery and equipment such as robots or programmable controllers.</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0;margin-bottom:0.0;vertical-align:middle"><span style="">Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues. Repair and maintain physical structure of establishment.</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0;margin-bottom:0.0;vertical-align:middle"><span style="">Operate cutting torch or welding equipment to cut or join metal parts.</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0;margin-bottom:0.0;vertical-align:middle"><span style="">Participate in development and implementation of preventative maintenance procedures.</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0;margin-bottom:0.0;vertical-align:middle"><span style="">Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems as well as schedule repairs to ensure everything is up to standard.</span></li> </ul> <p style="margin:0.0in"> </p> <p style="margin:0.0in"> </p> <p style="margin:0.0in"><span style="text-decoration:underline;background-color:white">What we are looking for:</span></p> <ul style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in" type="disc"> <li style="margin-top:0.0;margin-bottom:0.0;vertical-align:middle"><span style="background-color:white">Degree or certificate in a maintenance or technical field from a trade, technical school or community college is a plus</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0;margin-bottom:0.0;vertical-align:middle"><span style="background-color:white">Requires 3-5+ years experience of related maintenance experience (i.e. electrical, mechanical)</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0;margin-bottom:0.0;vertical-align:middle"><span style="background-color:white">Practical experience with manufacturing, assembly and welding equipment</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0;margin-bottom:0.0;vertical-align:middle"><span style="background-color:white">Knowledge of Microsoft 365 programs</span></li> </ul> <p style="margin:0.0in"> </p> <p style="margin:0.0in"><a href="https://4frontes.com/"><span style="background-color:white">4Front Engineered Solutions</span></a><span style="background-color:white"> is a leader in the door and docking industry.
