Position Context and Mission In 2023 Campari Group launched the IBP program, a transformational initiative to enhance Supply and Demand planning capabilities, bringing a renewed operating model, together with re-designed processes and a new planning tool (SAP IBP). Within this context, the Supply Planner Asia role is designed to create supply plans for the assigned Markets in the region, ensuring product availability and compliance with the set targets. The role requires strong interaction with local market teams to review OOS risk, manage escalations and ensure that supply plans are in line with demand forecasting. Key Responsibilities and Activities <ul> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;color:black">Develop and publish weekly/monthly supply plan for assigned markets, leveraging on planning system capabilities (SAP IBP) plus ad-hoc Excel files for co-manufacturing and co-packing operations performed in countries where SAP has not been deployed yet.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;color:black">Manage copacking and re-labelling requirements for imported and LTO products.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;color:black">Create and share with co-manufacturers/co-packers mid-long term forecast, to provide visibility on Campari future requirements.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;color:black">Create and issue Purchase Orders to co-manufacturers/co-packers.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;color:black">For the co-manufacturing/co-packing contracts where materials are provided by Campari, ensure that materials required are timely purchased and delivered by Campari.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;color:black">Manage and coordinate availability issues, defining recovery plans and escalating whenever required</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;color:black">Provide input and analysis to drive decisions in relation to inventory settings and holdings whilst maintaining the appropriate stock availability and service level to our customers.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;color:black">Assists inventory solutions and managing stakeholders to minimise the forecast changes within the forecast frozen period.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;color:black">Publish routine and adhoc reporting and analysis relative to inventory for stakeholders.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;color:black">Work with supply networks to optimise warehouse costs, improve availability, lead-times, delivery schedules and other factors.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;color:black">Ensure a correct execution of Phase-in Phase-out processes, monitoring the full depletion of phasing out SKU and the phase in of the new SKU.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;color:black">Provide visibility to local market on stock projections, based on supply plans agreed with co-manufacturers/ co-packers/ brand owners</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;color:black">Manage co-man/co-pack/ agency brands masterdata in the system (e.g. production rounding values, inforecord), ensuring that they are continuously updated.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;color:black">Support inventory reporting.</li> </ul> sans-serif;color:black">4+ years experience in supply planning roles (preferably in Beverage/ FMCG industry)</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;color:black">Strong analytical
