Focused on Mainland China, the company directly manages brand equity development through above and below the line initiatives and cooperates with local distributors who focus on the commercialization of the product portfolio with the trade and jointly plan with Campari China and execute targeted below the line actions, especially in the On-Premise channel.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="">The Regional Sales Manager plays a major role for leading business development in the South Region, incluing but not limited to Guangdong, Guangxi, Hainan, Hongkong&amp;Macau with strong collaboration with the the regional sales team of Campari China’s national distribution partner.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style=""><strong><u>Key Accountabilties </u></strong></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li style=""><span style="">Responsible to design and execute market-specific sales plans, closely collaborating with distributors, to deliver all commercial targets (distribution, shipments and depletions volumes, net sales value, CAA&amp;P and market share) for the region</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Develop new channels based on the company strategy</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Monitor forecasts /budgets/targets and depletions</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Motivate and monitor distributors’ performance, conducting regular business reviews and market visits to establish and maintain effective business relationships with key customers</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Execute and monitor pricing strategies defined by CBT</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Monitor distributors’ execution of distribution and sales promotions plans</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Maintain and share detailed knowledge of the company&apos;s brands</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Continually monitor competitor activities and keep up-to-date with industry and market trends to ensure that Campari China has strategies in place to ensure our competitive edge in the marketplace</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Be proactive in prospecting potential T2 distributors and key outlets to help expand our distribution network</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Support off-trade and special channel strategy and negotiations where required</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Effectively and efficiently manage T&amp;E to achieve optimal productivity in line with company guidelines and corporate policies</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Ensure responsible drinking is at the forefront of everything we do as a sales force and in our interactions with the trade and consumers.</span></li> </ul> <p style=""> </p> <p><span style=""><strong><u>Experience </u></strong></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li style=""><span style="">The role requires at least 10 years of experience in spirits sales and distributor management, imported beer and/or RTD experience is a plus</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Solid experience within the Chinese market is a must.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">FMCG background, on / off premise, outlet management and ecommerce is a plus</span></li> </ul> <p style=""> </p> <p><span style=""><strong>Skills:</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span style="">Strong business acumen</span></li> <li><span style="">Excellent analytical, result-driven, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.</span></li> <li><span style="">Effective communication and negotiation skills.</span></li> <li><span style="">Detail-oriented and persuasive.</span></li> <li><span style="">Good presentation/selling skills</span></li> <li><span style="">IT proficiency (computer literate)</span></li> <li><span style="">English as working language is preferered</span></li> </ul> <p><span style=""><strong>Other traits and requirements:</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span style="">Ability to travel nationally and internationally on an ad hoc basis</span></li> <li><span style="">Demonstrated passion for team playing</span></li> <li><span style="">Orientation to a pragmatic problem-solving approach</span></li> <li><span style="">Strong Integrity</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style=""><strong>Education:</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span style="">Degree qualified</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p><p><span style=""><strong>Our commitment to Diversity &amp; Inclusion:</strong></span></p> <p><span style="">At Campari Group we believe in building more value together, thus we see diversity in all forms as a source of enrichment.
