Campari Group is today the sixth-largest player worldwide in the premium spirits industry.</span></p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>We are looking for a <strong>Media Manager</strong> to lead media strategy, media investment and media performance for Campari brands in Argentina.</p> <p>This role is responsible for defining <strong>where, when and how brands should be communicated</strong>, ensuring the right mix of digital and traditional media, strong brand visibility at key moments of choice, and effective use of media investment based on robust metrics and performance analysis.</p> <p>The Media Manager is a <strong>media specialist and highly analytical profile</strong>, with a strong understanding of the Argentine media ecosystem and a day-to-day role working closely with media agencies and media partners. This position does not include Consumer Insights ownership or Corporate Communications responsibilities.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Main Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Define and lead <strong>media strategy</strong> for Campari brands across digital and traditional channels.</li> <li>Decide <strong>which brands to prioritize</strong>, where they should be present and through which media platforms.</li> <li>Build and manage <strong>integrated media plans</strong>, including streaming platforms, digital media, TV, radio, publishers and other relevant channels.</li> <li>Own <strong>media investment decisions</strong>, ensuring efficiency, impact and ROI.</li> <li>Monitor media performance on a <strong>daily basis</strong>, validating dashboards, metrics and data accuracy.</li> <li>Define, track and optimize <strong>media KPIs</strong> (reach, frequency, efficiency, ROI and contribution).</li> <li>Translate media performance data into <strong>actionable decisions and optimization plans</strong>.</li> <li>Lead the <strong>day-to-day relationship with media agencies</strong>, from briefing to execution and reporting.</li> <li>Challenge agency recommendations using data, performance insights and strategic reasoning.</li> <li>Participate in <strong>media and platform negotiations</strong>, contributing analytical and strategic input.</li> <li>Work closely with Brand, Channel, PR and Experiences teams to ensure media plans align with activations, events and POS execution.</li> <li>Act as the <strong>internal media reference</strong>, influencing and aligning stakeholders without formal people management responsibility.</li> <li>Explore new media opportunities, platforms and formats relevant to the local market.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li><strong>5+ years of experience</strong> dedicated to media roles (media strategy, media planning, media management).</li> <li>Proven experience managing <strong>integrated media investment</strong> across digital and traditional channels.</li> <li>Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using <strong>media dashboards, metrics and performance tools</strong>.</li> <li>Solid understanding of the <strong>Argentine media landscape</strong>, including streaming platforms, digital media and traditional channels.</li> <li>Experience working closely with <strong>media agencies</strong> on a daily basis.</li> <li>Strong negotiation and influence skills, applied as core capabilities.</li> <li>Senior profile, comfortable operating independently as an <strong>individual contributor</strong>.</li> <li>Background in large FMCG companies, media/entertainment companies or large media agencies is highly valued.</li> <li>Experience in <strong>large-scale consumer businesses or major media and entertainment environments</strong>, with exposure to integrated media investment and complex media ecosystems, is a strong plus.</li> <li>English proficiency required.</li> <li>Based in Buenos Aires; <strong>hybrid model (3 days in office)</strong>.</li> </ul> <p> </p><p><span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:black;font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><strong>Our commitment to Diversity &amp; Inclusion:</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:black;font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">At Campari Group we believe in building more value together, thus we see diversity in all forms as a source of enrichment.
