As a partner to all of the major automobile manufacturers, as well as key players in the aerospace and industrial sectors, we offer you many development opportunities.</span> </span></p> <p> </p> <div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Your Key Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Governance to set up/establish and operate a monitoring system to control and ensure the required performance in supply chain and operations;</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Development of performance indicators and the associated operational reporting/dashboards, to control and ensure the performance along the supply chain;</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Collaboration and development of proposals for defining the targets for the respective performance indicators;</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Performance assessment of operational performance and identification of potential for performance improvement;</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Setting up/conducting benchmarking for continuous improvement in the global operations network.</span></li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Your Qualifications</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Business studies or comparable degree;</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Advanced know-how and experience with supply chain management processes: planning and distribution networks, production networks, production and sales logistics, planning processes;</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Advanced knowledge of SAP modules, SAP BW, MS Office applications, English required;</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">PowerBI, SQL and MS Fabrics skills - would be a plus;</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Experience in manufacturing industries desirable: ability to analyze volume and value flows, product knowledge, customer knowledge - would be a plus;</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Motivational skills, ability to work in a team, self-confident attitude, ability to deal with conflicts, analytical and goal-oriented working methodology.</span></li> </ul></div></div></div><p><span style="font-size:16.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">As a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
