The Commercial Excellence (Commex) team supports the Medical Devices, Scientific and Pharma sales and distribution businesses. The team is comprised of three people with responsibility for tender/contract management, customer-relationship management, pricing analysis and governance, reporting, business intelligence, process improvement projects and customer quotations.
