controlling the product design and development in the project </p> <p>Monitoring of the DVP and its comparison with the project plan </p> <p>Support in the creation of component specifications and design methods </p> <p>Support assessment of return parts in the prototype stage and series </p> <p>Support of quality assurance in the analysis of defects </p> <p>Independent development of lessons learned and completion of projects, sharing with team </p> <p>Business trips to customers / suppliers in Germany and abroad </p> <p>Representation of colleagues in the team </p> <p>Support with product strategy, benchmark and business development for the global </p> <p>Support supplier sourcing, product launch, quality problem solving </p> <p>Manage and optimize R&D cost, coordinate R&D resource </p> <p>Continuously promote VAVE </p> <p>Track advance tech.,grasp market tech. trend </p>
