Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree</li> <li>Three (3) years Customer Service experience in an industrial product distribution or manufacturing environment</li> <li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities</li> <li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li> <li>Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills</li> <li>Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Knowledge of the manufacturing industry and supply chain processes is a plus.</li> <li>Proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Poweroint), with the ability to read and analyze reports</li> <li>External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Bachelor's Degree</li> <li>Five (5) or more years Customer Service experience in an industrial product distribution or manufacturing environment</li> <li>Proficiency in SAP ERP software</li> <li>Working knowledge of Salesforce Service Console software</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Our Offering</b></H2> </div><div><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">At Schaeffler, our success is driven by our employees.
