(SQMC)</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Participation in technical review, RLA and sourcing decision meeting</li> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Lead and Ensure the implementation of all APQP elements acc. to standard on project level at supplier site</li> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Monitor and manage OTS, PPAP production, including measurement harmonity, R@R audit, initiation & monitoring of corrective actions</li> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Manage & monitor the safe launch plan process</li> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Supplier audits: product audits, fly audits, process audits; make corrective actions based on audit findings at supplier site;</li> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Key suppliers or focus suppliers improvement plan development & following ;</li> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Execution and coordination of internal measures within the supplier complaint, block materials management, problem analysis</li> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Coordination of complaint corrective actions of 8D</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Bachelor or higher degree in Engineering or related</li> <li style="list-style-type:initial">5+ years of supplier management experience specifically in <strong>plastic components, plastic electromechanical components(such as Busbars, leadframes, etc.) and connectors </strong>for the automotive industry, with a solid understanding of electronic component processes and its upstream & downstream workflows.</li> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Good knowledge of quality management system, tools, international standards and customer quality requirements (e.g. IATF16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, VDA and etc.)</li> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Good problem solving skills</li> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Good process improvement knowledge and skills (continuous improvement, lean knowledge, 6sigma, etc.)</li> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Good communication and coordination skills</li> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Strong personality and capable to work under pressure</li> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Proficient in English</li> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Good PC application skills (MS office)</li> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Highest business ethics and conduct</li> </ul></div></div></div><p><span style="font-size:16.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">As a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
