Define and maintain the Q reporting system in terms of scrap, rework, statistical process data. Optimizing “process-flows” relevant for the quality of the product, e.g.: Flow of non conforming parts, identification of containers, etc. Organize fast response team to react to daily quality problem in the supported area, ensure the effectiveness & efficiency of problem solving. Carrying out process, product , work place audits in the production areas Support the FfQ activities in the assigned production area.
