You will need to have a strong team working ethic, be results driven and proactive. </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc" type="disc"> <li>Operate our machinery and processes effectively, delivering the required product output.</li> <li>Maintain hygiene standards within the workplace as per standard working conditions.</li> <li>System upkeep and related responsibilities.</li> <li>Cleaning activities.</li> <li>Quality control inspection, assuring customer expectation are maintained.</li> <li>Materials replenishment as required.</li> <li>First line maintenance checks.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Demonstrable skills, experience and knowledge within the following:</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Previous manual packing work desirable, though not necessary</li> </ul> <ul style="list-style-type:disc" type="disc"> <li>Teamwork & Collaboration</li> <li>Capability & Accountability</li> <li>A flexible approach; able to adapt to changing daily production plans</li> <li>A good listener/communicator</li> <li>Able to demonstrate initiative and prioritisation skills</li> <li>Effective team worker</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Compensation & Benefits:</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Onsite car parking</li> </ul> <ul style="list-style-type:disc" type="disc"> <li>Career development & progression routes</li> <li>Salary sacrifice pension scheme with Muller matching up to 4%</li> <li>Life Assurance at 2 x your annual salary</li> <li>25 days annual leave</li> <li>Paid overtime</li> </ul> <p>At Müller, we’re committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels they belong.
