<div style="display:flex;list-style:none;padding:0.0px;width:100%;margin:0.0px"> <div style="width:30%"><img style="width:75%;margin:0.0px -5.0px" src="https://dmscdn.successfactors.com/f073963110f18a2a1734b96ba316f4020b945b2258aee69e565a8851f4c8eeac/static_content/50f9401a328e41f0b846/MMID.png"></div> <div style="text-align:right;width:50%"><img style="width:100%;margin:10.0px -140.0px" src="https://dmscdn.successfactors.com/f073963110f18a2a1734b96ba316f4020b945b2258aee69e565a8851f4c8eeac/static_content/25d7788b95c74c05a698/Muller_UTM_Corporate_Logo_26_Dropshadow.png "></div> </div> <hr><p>We are recruiting for Relief Shunter Drivers at our Bellshill Depot within the Muller Milk and Ingredients Distribution Business.</p> <p>This role is Relief Shunter Drivers for holiday/sickness cover therefore must be flexible to work any 5 from 7 covering days/backs/nights/weekends.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Contract: </strong>Full Time / Permanent</p> <p><strong>Location: </strong> Muller Milk & Ingredients, Site 2, 3 Noremac Way, Bellshill, ML4 3NY</p> <p><strong>Shift Pattern: </strong>5 from 7 covering days/backs/nights/weekends - <strong>role will be yard based</strong></p> <p><strong>Hourly Rate: </strong>From £17.30 per hour - £28.42 per hour dependent on shift pattern (Plus £20 weekly supplement)</p> <p><strong>Overtime rate:</strong> £19.46 per hour</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Class 1 Shunter Driver Key Skills & Experience</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Terberg experience (mandatory)</li> <li>HGV Class 1 Licence (mandatory)</li> <li>Current CPC and digital driving card (mandatory)</li> <li>No more than 6 minor points on driving licence (No CDs, DDs, DRs or INs)</li> <li>An effective team member who works well on their own initiative</li> <li>Demonstrates an excellent attitude to work</li> <li>Self – motivated with a positive attitude and extremely reliable</li> <li>Must be comfortable with the physical nature of the role</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Class 1 Shunter Driver Role & Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Coordinate the onsite bay movements ensuring that all equipment is fully compliant</li> <li>Puts safety first and respects all other road users.</li> <li>Diligent in ensuring driver and vehicle checks are completed correctly.</li> <li>Conduct regular checks on all vehicles and trailers to ensure they meet the necessary safety and compliance standards. If a vehicle or trailer is not compliant defect to the workshop for repairs or maintenance.</li> <li>Prioritise, assess, and control safety, health, and workplace risks.
