This position must bring parties together to ensure the success of a project and assertively react if profitability, timing, or performance is threatened.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">This position is responsible for the scope of a program, and it is critical that there is a strong understanding of Schaeffler products to the dimensional level.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">The holder of this position will guard against project scope creep by tracking cost, time, and performance with the customer.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">The Program Manager I is expected to extremely responsive to customer requests and must act quickly and decisively.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">The Program Manager I documents agreements, customer needs, feedback and requests and transparently shares this information with the team.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Act as escalation point of contact within defined escalation paths.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">This position must be able to drive agreements in real time.
