Support strategy development for property management, leasing and maintenance processes.</li> <li>Execute real estate transactions in support of the portfolio strategy (e.g. acquisitions, dispositions, leasing) adhering to global guidelines for transactions processes.</li> <li>Support and promote global standards for building, construction, and project management.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> <div><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Support real estate financial planning across the Americas, including CAPEX planning and business case development.</span></div> </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> <div><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Collaborate closely with the Global Head of Corporate Real Estate Management, Global CREM Finance, Americas Finance, and the Americas CEO to optimize costs and processes.</span></div> </li> <li>Provide program and budgetary oversight for catering and internal fleet services in the region, with operations primarily managed within subregions and individual sites.
