As a partner to all of the major automobile manufacturers, as well as key players in the aerospace and industrial sectors, we offer you many development opportunities.</span> </span></p> <p> </p> <div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Your Key Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><h1><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><strong>Primary responsilbiltity would be the U.S. 401(k) Plan:</strong></span></h1> <ul> <li><span><strong>Oversee</strong> all operational, compliance, and governance activities.</span></li> <li><strong>Manage plan administration</strong> end-to-end, including:</li> <li>Eligibility, enrollments & contributions</li> <li>Perform routine audits & act as key resource in HRS/payroll and vendor testing </li> <li>Collaborate with recordkeepers, financial advisors, HR teams, and payroll to resolve issues and improve plan operations</li> <li>Respond to participant inquiries with clarity, empathy, and accuracy</li> <li>Annual compliance testing (ADP/ACP, top-heavy, coverage, nondiscrimination)</li> <li>Form 5500 preparation and coordination with auditors and service providers</li> <li>Deliver and/or <strong>coordinate </strong>workshops, webinars, and written materials to improve financial literacy and retirement preparedness</li> <li><strong>Ensure compliance</strong> with all applicable laws and regulations, including ERISA, IRS, DOL, SECURE Act, etc.</li> <li><strong>Act as a key liaison</strong> with third-party administrators, recordkeepers, trustees, investment advisors, and legal counsel</li> <li><strong>Support</strong> the Retirement Committee by: <ul type="circle"> <li>Preparing materials, reports, and analyses</li> <li>Assisting with fiduciary governance, documentation, and review of meeting minutes</li> <li>Supporting investment lineup monitoring and fee benchmarking</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Oversee plan amendments</strong>, vendor changes, and major initiatives such as: <ul type="circle"> <li>Plan redesigns</li> <li>Mergers and acquisitions</li> <li>System conversions</li> <li>Regulatory or legislative changes</li> </ul> </li> <li>Drive <strong>continuous improvement</strong> in plan operations, participant experience, and risk management</li> <li><strong>Provide a support role</strong> for international Defined Contribution Plans (<span>Canada, Mexico and South America), as needed</span> <ul> <li>Coordinate with local HR, payroll, finance, and external vendors to ensure accurate administration and compliance with local regulations</li> <li>Assist with vendor oversight, data reviews, and operational issue resolution</li> </ul> </li> <li><span><strong>Support the ongoing administration</strong> of frozen defined benefit plans in the United States and Canada</span> <ul> <li><span>Coordinate with actuaries, administrators, and auditors on:</span></li> <li>Annual valuations</li> <li>Funding requirements</li> <li>Regulatory filings</li> <li>Participant inquiries related to frozen benefits</li> </ul> </li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Your Qualifications</b></H2> </div><div><p style="font-weight:bold"><strong><span>Required:</span></strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight:bold"><strong><span>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field</span></strong></li> <li style="font-weight:bold"><strong>3 - 5 years of progressive experience administering U.S. defined contribution retirement plans</strong></li> <li style="font-weight:bold"><strong>Deep hands-on expertise with large, complex 401(k) plans (preferably $500M+ in assets)</strong></li> <li style="font-weight:bold"><strong>Experience with benefits administration systems or recordkeeping platforms</strong></li> <li>Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail</li> <li>Strong working knowledge of: ERISA;
