As a partner to all of the major automobile manufacturers, as well as key players in the aerospace and industrial sectors, we offer you many development opportunities.</span> </span></p> <p> </p> <div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Your Key Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><p>Controlling stocks of raw material, components, WIP.</p> <p>Detailed scheduling on machine level.</p> <p>Detailed scheduling for manual level (packing, …).</p> <p>Production routing and BOM controlling.</p> <p>Converting to production order after check status of component.</p> <p>Catch the status of importing material and manufacturing orders and keep the Order Management updated.</p> <p>Initiate Material Release Request and PRs.</p> <p>Independent finalization of production planning.</p> <p>Support of the production department and exporting in planning issues.</p> <p>Contact person for executives and employees for production order.</p> <p>Analysis of shop floor data to guarantee a better Material demand. Forecast to minimize the inventory and generate a realistic budget</p> <p>The main co-ordinator of the material flow from QA incoming to production.</p> <p>Cooperating with procurement to eliminate MRP exception.</p> <p>Balancing capacity of assigned lines.</p> <p>Analyse the rootcause of issues affected to production planning then release structured corrective and preventive actions.</p> <p>Take responsible for credit of assigned lines and plant in general.</p> <p>Other tasks assigned by the superior.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Your Qualifications</b></H2> </div><div><p><em>Industrial Engineering System</em>, <em>Industrial Management, or related</em> bachelor degree</p> <p>2-5 years experience in technology & planning</p> <p>Knowledge about manufacturing</p> <p>Adequate operational background</p> <p>Have a good knowledge of calculations</p> <p>Good knowledge of English - written and spoken</p> <p>Team working</p></div></div></div><p><span style="font-size:16.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">As a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
