As a partner to all of the major automobile manufacturers, as well as key players in the aerospace and industrial sectors, we offer you many development opportunities.</span> </span></p> <p> </p> <div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Your Key Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Realizes development, implementation and optimization of production technology for production of new and existing Schaeffler products, especially in Stamping.</li> <li>Develop, validate and implement production technologies.</li> <li>Improve production technologies in terms of quality, cost and robustness.</li> <li>Initiate and coordinate development of production machines and tools.</li> <li>Validate machines and tools.</li> <li>Support/enable production or production departments to realize production (hand-over, training, trouble-shooting).</li> <li>Join and support necessary project/process/system audit, include ISA, Tüv and customer audit.</li> <li>Responsible for implementing and tracking lean production measures and supporting the training and improvement of lean tools in the production department.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Your Qualifications</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Bachelor or above degree in Engineering</li> <li>5 to 10 years working experience in automotive or related</li> <li>Skillful at stamping product manufacturing process, including material,press.</li> <li>The process knowledge related to production daily job is mandatory.</li> <li>Good spoken and written English-skills</li> <li>Familiar with quality tools APQP,FMEA,SPC,,PPAP,MSA</li> <li>Good communication skill,Good team spirit. </li> <li>Good PC-skills, MS-Office, MS-Project, CAD </li> <li>Experience in LEAN, Six Sigma and Idea Management</li> </ul></div></div></div><p><span style="font-size:16.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">As a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
