<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Your Key Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Serve as the primary contact window for quality-related matters with customers<br>(Customers are Japanese companies; Schaeffler production sites are located across global group factories).</li> <li>Coordinate and collaborate with internal departments, including Engineering, Sales, Logistics, and the Technical Center.</li> <li>Manage new product launch activities and process change operations (PPAP).</li> <li>Handle customer-returned quality issues, including receiving defect notifications, determining necessary containment actions, guiding analysis in collaboration with factories, implementing countermeasures, and preparing reports.</li> <li>Attend regular meetings with customers, participate in TEAMS meetings with Germany, and provide support for customers' overseas business trips (accompaniment, arrangements, etc.).<br>Support and respond to quality audits.</li> <li>Coordinate emergency quality actions, such as sorting and repairing parts in the event of urgent quality incidents.</li> <li>Organize and maintain quality-related information (monthly reports, periodic reporting, etc.).</li> <li>Drive and support internal quality improvement activities.</li> <li>Execute special assignments as required (e.g., responses during emergencies).</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Your Qualifications</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Experience in the automotive components industry.</li> <li>Strong sense of ownership and the determination and drive to execute assigned tasks through to the achievement of results.</li> <li>Experience in quality management, including understanding of general quality terminology and proficiency in quality tools.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills.</li> <li>Native-level proficiency in Japanese.</li> <li>English (business level): Able to communicate in English, or at minimum, has no resistance to using English (to be confirmed during the interview).</li> <li>Must Possess excellent oral and written communication skill in Japanese.the candicate should be able to produce professional documentation and conduct effective meeting in Japanese.
