As a partner to all of the major automobile manufacturers, as well as key players in the aerospace and industrial sectors, we offer you many development opportunities.</span> </span></p> <p> </p> <div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Your Key Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><p>1 Market Development & Hunting<br>Identify, approach, and win new MRO customers and applications within assigned<br>territory and sectors.<br>Proactively develop sales pipeline and convert opportunities into revenue.<br>Penetrate key industries and industrial zones with a structured sector-based approach.<br>2 Key Account Development<br>Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at multiple levels<br>(technical, commercial, and management).<br>Understand customer operations, processes, and pain points to develop tailored<br>solutions.<br>Increase share-of-wallet by positioning Schaeffler as a trusted solution partner.<br>3 Distributor Management & Collaboration<br>Develop, manage, and control distributor network to align with Schaeffler’s sector<br>strategy.<br>Drive joint activities with distributors to expand market coverage and improve<br>performance.Ensure distributors actively support business development and customer engagement.<br>4 Technical Sales & Value Selling<br>Provide technical consultation on bearing applications and industrial solutions.<br>Promote value-based selling concepts such as Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and<br>reliability improvement.<br>Organize and conduct technical seminars, product presentations, and customer training<br>sessions.<br>5 Market Intelligence & Planning<br>Monitor and report market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.<br>Develop sales forecast and support budgeting process.<br>Provide inputs for pricing strategy and business planning.<br>6 Sales Execution & Compliance<br>Ensure accurate and timely updates in Salesforce and maintain high-quality pipeline data.<br>Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure pipeline coverage is sufficient.<br>Manage receivables and ensure overdue levels are within company targets.<br>Comply with Schaeffler’s Code of Conduct and all internal policies.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Your Qualifications</b></H2> </div><div><p>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.<br>Minimum 5–8 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in MRO or rotating<br>equipment.<br>Proven track record in developing new business and closing deals (hunter profile).<br>Strong sales, negotiation, and key account management skills.<br>Customer-oriented with strong business and commercial acumen.<br>Good analytical and problem-solving skills.<br>Strong communication and presentation skills.<br>Good command of English (written and spoken).<br>Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).<br>Result-driven with strong ownership and accountabilityProactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.<br>High resilience and ability to work under pressure.<br>Strong willingness to learn and continuously develop technical knowledge</p></div></div></div><p><span style="font-size:16.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">As a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
