<p><br> </p> <div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Your Key Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Control the ordering processes and bookings, in order to ensure manufacturing of products as agreed upon in the order freeze.</li> <li>Check whether production orders are correctly booked and if order is in accordance with current delivery.</li> <li>Overview the costs of an order in terms of quality.</li> <li>Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain to ensure materials availability.</li> <li>Generate and analyze production performance reports to identify areas for improvement.</li> <li>Refine sequencing on machines on shift basis.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Your Qualifications</b></H2> </div><div><p>Minimum: </p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="list-style-type:disc">Associate’s degree, or a high school diploma with proven relevant experience</li> <li style="list-style-type:disc">Experience in production scheduling within a manufacturing environment, utilizing scheduling reports to ensure on-time shipments</li> <li style="list-style-type:disc">Solid understanding of manufacturing routings, bills of materials (BOM), and QS/TS 9000 requirements</li> <li style="list-style-type:disc">Strong interpersonal and communication skills</li> <li style="list-style-type:disc">Proficient in computer applications, including mainframe systems, PC-based software, and Microsoft Office</li> <li style="list-style-type:disc">Excellent organizational, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities</li> <li style="list-style-type:disc">Basic knowledge of plant operations; capable of understanding and adapting manufacturing procedures and timelines</li> <li style="list-style-type:disc">Able to lift moderately heavy items as required</li> <li style="list-style-type:disc">External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship</li> <li style="list-style-type:disc">This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Preferred: </p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Bachelors degree in business or similar</li> <li>Multiple years of experience in a manufacturing environment in a similar role </li> <li>SAP knowledge</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Our Offering</b></H2> </div><div><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">At Schaeffler, our success is driven by our employees.
