This is what we live for.</h2> Security, Safety & Training Specialist Location: St. Gabriel, LA Company: Fluor & Energy Material, an Orbia Business Position Summary The Security, Safety & Training Coordinator is responsible for leading site security compliance, safety training programs, and contractor safety oversight in alignment with U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), Transportation Security Administration (TSA), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and all SSHE (Safety, Security, Health & Environmental) requirements. This role serves as the primary site contact for security compliance, oversees site security systems and personnel, and drives the development, delivery, and tracking of all SSHE training for employees and contractors. The position also promotes a strong safety culture through training, audits, and engagement initiatives, while partnering with internal teams, external associations, and vendors to continuously improve site safety and compliance programs. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include short- and long-term incentive compensation.
