From vegan food to resource-efficient buildings to solar cells, we develop sustainable solutions that change the future.</span></span></div> <div> </div> <div><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">To strengthen our team in <b><b><b><b><b><b><b><b>Shanghai</b></b></b></b></b></b></b></b> , we are looking for you as a(n) <b><b><b><b><b><b><b><b>Technical Manager</b></b></b></b></b></b></b></b>.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align:center"> </div> <p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>- Take the responsibility of technical service and management in Greater China for Wacker silicone construction chemicals business. <br>- Provide technical support to commercial team through application-oriented offerings, application regulations and requirements, product portfolio, process knowhow, and technical training.<br>- Customer support of new product/solution introduction, daily service, complaint handling. <br>- Responsible for strategic technical market development, including support product portfolio management, benchmark test and analysis, technology transfer in tech team, market information collection, strategy contribution.<br>- Strengthen technical marketing platform as Chinese brochures, PPT for seminars, exhibition, and promotion tools to support business growth.<br>- Drive product development and/or product modification according to the local market requirements.<br>- Coordinates technical services between sales, Germany site, ZJG plant and customers with newly developed techniques or practices in processing company products.<br>- Maintain equipment, chemical agents and furniture in lab to ensure daily laboratory experiments running smoothly as well as the safety, health and environment protection of daily work.<br>- Willing travel within China and to other locations on demand.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Qualifications Required</strong></p> <p>- Bachelor degree in chemistry or related majors <br>- Fluent in both oral and written English skill<br>- Customer & result oriented<br>- Open mind / self-learning / positive thinking / proactive / Independence<br>- Initiative, good communication skills and a team player<br>- Ingenious, professional integrity and good business acumen</p><div> </div> <div><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">As an international company, we welcome the diversity of people.
