To enhance our successful Quality Team in AT&S Malaysia in Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah, we are looking for a passionate <h1>Quality Engineer (Front End Quality Engineering)</h1> <h2>Your Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Be a quality gatekeeper for non-conformance material containment and disposition - on hold / release / scrap of quality excursion materials in your process area. Work on non-conformance material quality risk assessment for instance in process QC data collection/analysis, reliability analysis etc. together with process area PE and NPI team</li> <li>Daily monitoring your process area product and inline process quality parameter trend, yield/defect loss rate. Highlight and follow up with process owners on OOC/OOS trend</li> <li>Responsible for your process area quality control and quality management system compliance</li> <li>Organize/support on routine/ non routine line audit and system audit</li> <li>Train and qualify line quality technician/ provide guidance to them on daily quality issue handling, quality reporting and quality system operation</li> <li>Review Product and Process Change Management; ensure execution compliance with the quality expectation; change result follow up and closure in the change system</li> <li>Owner to review and update the product and process control limit with related stakeholders on regular basis</li> <li>Participate in task force team /drive continuous improvement project</li> <li>Drive process/tool owner, maintenance team on RCCAPA and quality incident closure</li> <li>Support other task assigned by superior</li> </ul> <h2>Your Profile</h2> <ul> <li>Possess bachelor degree/master degree in engineering or Sciences field or equivalent</li> <li>Preferable 2-3 years working experience in HVM Quality Control or Process engineering or similar field in </li> <li>Electronics, PCB or Semiconductor Industries</li> <li>Work experience in Plating, Photolithography, Wet Etching, AOI or Film Lamination or Mechanical/Laser drilling would be added advantages</li> <li>Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft office tools (Excel, Word, PPT) </li> <li>General knowledge in problem solving and analytical skill </li> <li>Knowledge & experience in ISO90001 quality audit; SPC; Statistic tool JMP or Minitab; FMEA; Control Plan; MSA would be added advantages</li> <li>Independent, good communication and team work orientated person</li> </ul> <h2>Our Offer</h2> <ul> <li>Personal and professional growth opportunities in a Greenfield Project of a recognized MNC</li> <li>A chance to actively contribute to AT&S´ success and to create value</li> <li>A secure position with long-term career perspective in an internationally expanding environment</li> <li>Attractive and competitive compensation package</li> </ul> Ready for a new challenge to advance your career?
