This is a high-impact leadership role with full accountability, spanning operations, technology execution, and organizational leadership. <h2>Your Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li style="color:black;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Own overall plant performance and deliver on committed targets (output, quality, cost, delivery, safety) </li> <li style="color:black;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ensure reliable and predictable execution in a complex and low to high-volume production environment </li> <li style="color:black;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Translate BU and plant strategy into clear priorities and measurable actions and drive consistent execution </li> <li style="color:black;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Lead and further develop the operations organization to deliver sustainable results and not just activity </li> <li style="color:black;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Lead and further develop a strong leadership team with clear accountability, ownership, and high performance standards </li> <li semiconductor, or electronics manufacturing </li> <li style="color:black;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Proven leadership experience in plant or operations management with a track record of delivering results in complex, high-volume environments </li> <li style="color:black;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Strong business understanding with solid understanding of cost structures, efficiency levers, and operational KPIs </li> <li style="color:black;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Execution-driven leader who performs well under pressure and in ambiguous
