To enhance our successful Operations Team in AT&S Malaysia in Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah, we are looking for a passionate Line Control Supervisor (Production Planning) <h2>Your Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Monitor and track all work orders from release to completion to ensure smooth production flow.</li> <li>Coordinate with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve any issues causing WIP delays.</li> <li>Ensure WO status is updated accurately in SAP/MES or other planning systems.</li> <li>Identify bottlenecks and propose immediate countermeasures to recover output.</li> <li>Conduct daily WIP review and line walk to verify actual progress versus plan.</li> <li>Ensure priority lots and customer shipments are executed according to the production plan.</li> <li>Communicate real-time line status, risks, and recovery actions to PPC and production management.</li> <li>Supervise LC staff in shift coverage, task distribution, and performance monitoring.</li> <li>Escalate any line issues impacting shipment or target achievement promptly.</li> <li>Drive initiatives to improve line control efficiency and data accuracy.</li> </ul> <h2>Your Profile</h2> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business Studies or equivalent.</li> <li>Minimum 5 years of experience in production control or planning.</li> <li>Strong understanding of WIP flow, production scheduling, and shop floor control.</li> <li>Experience with SAP, MES, or equivalent systems is an advantage</li> <li>Good communication and leadership skills to coordinate across departments</li> </ul> <h2>Our Offer</h2> <ul> <li>Personal and professional growth opportunities in a Greenfield Project of a recognized MNC</li> <li>A chance to actively contribute to AT&S´ success and to create value</li> <li>A secure position with long-term career perspective in an internationally expanding environment</li> <li>Attractive and competitive compensation package</li> </ul> Ready for a new challenge to advance your career?
