The Role As a General Maintenance Operative / Caretaker, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the safety, compliance and functionality of buildings across site. Day-to-day, you’ll carry out a mix of planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs across building fabric, ensuring facilities remain operational, safe and fit for purpose. This role is 37 hours per week based at our Malvern site. Set working times are 8:00am – 4:30pm (8:00am – 4:00pm on Fridays) with some flexibility around start and finish times. Travel to other QinetiQ and customer sites will be required, including occasional visits to our Bristol site.
