The Role As a Lead Supervisor OME, you will play a critical role in leading teams responsible for the safe storage, handling, processing and transportation of explosives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining the highest standards of operational safety across our licensed explosives facilities. Day-to-day, you'll supervise OME activities, manage explosives facilities, support operational delivery, and lead a team of OME Technicians and Apprentices across both the West Freugh and Eskmeals sites.
