Our goal: to push the boundaries of sensor technology and empower innovators to make the world smarter, healthier and happier.</p> <p style="text-align:justify"><br><span style="color:#fd5000">Your new responsibilities</span></p><ul> <li>Support the Test Development Engineer throughout the whole phase of the Test Development process.</li> <li>He/She is responsible in the overall definition of HW Test Equipment use and setup (Wafer-Prober, Tester, Test-Handler, Thermosteric, Oscilloscopes, Etc.) for new products under development.</li> <li>He/She shall perform test program, Test HW characterization over temperature (Ex. Shmoo analysis), GRR, Correlation, setup calibration and product qualification in compliance with new product requirement checklists.</li> <li>Close cooperation with the Design team, Product engineering, NPI, Test Sustaining, Test Production, Etc. to ensure on time delivery of first silicon samples to the customers with the end goal of a product design win.</li> <li>Drive and perform the Repeatability and Reproducibility Studies which are necessary to transfer a test solution from an in-house development site or from other development sites to a full manufacturing high volume setup.</li> </ul><p><br><span style="color:#fd5000">Who we are looking for</span></p> <p><br><ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in the areas of Electrical, Electronics, Microelectronics & measurement engineering. </li> <li>Preferred 1-3 years working experience in the semiconductor industry & has Strong IC Testing background using ATE equipment (LTX/ Fusion EX, DiamondX, Handlers such as SRM rotary machines and Multi-test handlers.) </li> <li>In depth knowledge of Semiconductor Manufacturing Process </li> <li>Expertise in semiconductor test methodology </li> </ul></p> <p><br>Please contact <strong>Soi Kim Kee</strong> for further information via <strong><a href="mailto:[email protected]">[email protected]</a></strong> or <strong>+65 () 62402395</strong>.</p>
