Our goal: to push the boundaries of sensor technology and empower innovators to make the world smarter, healthier and happier.</p> <p style="text-align:justify"><br><span style="color:#fd5000">Your new responsibilities</span></p><ul> <li>Monitor process performance and establish controls to ensure stable production output</li> <li>Troubleshoot process-related issues and implement effective corrective actions</li> <li>Provide daily engineering support to manufacturing operations and work closely with Production, Quality, Equipment and Product Engineering </li> <li>Analyse yield loss trends and identify root causes using statistical tools.</li> <li>Investigate customer complaints and internal quality excursions, identify Root cause and Define Corrective and Preventive Actions</li> <li>Lead or take part of the cost reduction, cycle time reduction, and productivity improvement projects</li> <li>Create and maintain process specifications, work instructions, FMEA, Control Plans, and engineering reports </li> </ul><p><br><span style="color:#fd5000">Who we are looking for</span></p> <p><br><ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Manufacturing, Materials, Industrial, or related field).</li> <li>Fresh graduates are welcome</li> <li>1–3 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience is an advantage.</li> <li>Knowledge of semiconductor backend assembly processes is preferred</li> <li>Familiarity with statistical analysis and process control techniques.</li> <li>Experience in Minitab, JMP, SPC, DOE, FMEA, Control Plan, APQP</li> <li>Problem-solving methodologies: 8D, DMAIC, 5-Why, Fishbone Analysis</li> </ul></p> <p><br>Please contact <strong>Soi Kim Kee</strong> for further information via <strong><a href="mailto:[email protected]">[email protected]</a></strong> or <strong>+65 () 62402395</strong>.</p>
